I checked my "friend of" list today and I am AMAZED. I have got to ask this -- why on earth have you people friended me? *G* A bunch of you I know from either the Due South fandom or Aragorn/Boromir part of LotR fandom. Other names I know quite well now from the whole clip theft thing. But the rest of you? Speak up, my lovelies! What are you here for?

Oh -- if anyone has friended me or watches this LJ just for vid updates (which, unfortunately, due to school are few and far between now), would it be appreciated if I made a new journal just for vid posts, so that it wouldn't be necessary to wade through the icky boy-on-boy smut and insane squeeing?

Picked up Josh Groban's new CD today. Will be listening to that tonight, squee!

Oh, I have indeed seen Sharpe's Sword! I have the entire series on DVD and Sword is the one I've watched the most. Was actually the first time I'd seen Purefoy and I just ADORED both him and his character. Picked up Mansfield Park, and Bedrooms and Hallways, too. That is, unfortunately, about it. I know he's in Resident Evil, but I really have a difficult time watching movies like that. LotR is about as much as I can usually take on the violence/gore/horror-type scale.

If you haven't read it - a Library of Moria recent archive 'Shining One' will be right up your street - hot smut with a plot, and well-written, - Boromir from aged 16 onwards, with just a tempting touch of sibcest. AND i love, love, love OP's Ariel to death - any long-shot of a chance at a vid with Boromir as Ariel - "my name is ...it is your sorrow that has made a slave of me [sorrowful Faramir eyes from TT EE]... forgive me, forgive me" - you know the rest.

Remind me again of this one in eleven months *g* I have almost exclusively only read cruisedirector's stories since school began, and honestly, that's only because she sends them all to me before she posts! I'm very frustrated and feel like a very bad fan. :(

re: "Ariel" -- it could potentially work, but that song is so The Tempest to me, that I may have difficulty translating it to Boromir. I will definitely keep it in mind though!
