No plotty spoilers, but I just need to say, out in a public space and all, that I am halfway through the episode and I have this horrible, mounting sense of terror and and and.

I haven't felt like this watching an hour of TV since Torchwood's "Countrycide". Only "Countrycide" was worse. So far.

PS - Detective Inspector Shipton is hot.

PPS - This took me like two minutes to type out because I am Little Miss Typo this morning.

PPPS - No, seriously, I'm skeered. Someone hold me?

ETA: omg the ending wtf WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT!? *cries a little*

I absolutely LOVED the easter egg thing! And the Doctor's explanation of time being "a big ball of wibbly wobbly, timey wimey stuff".

But the statues... Geeeeez... Those were too scary for poor little me!

My brother's lots older than me, and an old-school Who fan. I remember trying so hard to watch the show with him, but I was always just waaaay too scared. I'm such a weenie. :)
