Had this, in fact, been a rant, I'd... be ranting.

Anybody know how to take screen caps from DivX video? Can't for the life of me get it to work. *fret and woe*

I am not sure if this will work, but have you tried to load it into Power DVD and cap it?

If you've tried alt-PrintScreen and it doesn't work, I've heard that turning off acceleration for you video card is supposed to make it work. Don't know much about DivX, though.

What I did was download BSplayer, which is free and capable of capping DivX video files. :B
