Thank you so much! I believe that cruisedirector and I are attributing a lot of Severus' problems as an adult to Lucius -- perhaps as much, or more, than the grief he was put through by Potter and Black as a teenager. Lucius really is, unfortunately, a big fat jerk. *G* Now, had he ever woken up and realised what a good thing he could have had with Severus... well, sadly, one can't actually change the past!
