That's so terrible. I'm really sorry this is happening to you! They completely RUINED your video with all that text...

It's one thing to have the vid there at all; it's another that they, well, slapped ugly graffiti all over it. Grr.

I know it's mind-rippingly rage-making, but...

...they do give credit to Harry Potter and Enya at the end - how about asking for an on screen credit for the original edit? Your watermark is there - people would see it was your original work - I know it's not much, but in this situation it might just be make the best of a bad turn. I know, not really any compensation...

From what I can work out the text reads as 'giving hope', 'one letter that makes a difference' etc - it seems quite positive... perhaps you can find somebody to translate - and to put your request(demand) into Spanish?

What's funny is that from what my admittedly very limited knowledge of Spanish can make out, they've now admitted the vid is not theirs, that they just altered it (graffiti'd is more like it), they won't go about giving ME any credit. They liked it enough to swipe and alter -- but not enough to just say they took it from last-dance.com. KIDS.
