Doctor Who - "Blink"

No plotty spoilers, but I just need to say, out in a public space and all, that I am halfway through the episode and I have this horrible, mounting sense of terror and and and.

I haven't felt like this watching an hour of TV since Torchwood's "Countrycide". Only "Countrycide" was worse. So far.

PS - Detective Inspector Shipton is hot.

PPS - This took me like two minutes to type out because I am Little Miss Typo this morning.

It's dark out.

I have to work tomorrow. I have to work 12-10pm tomorrow, and then 7:45-5 on Tuesday, and I'm getting together with deerdancer on Tuesday night. And I don't know how I'll survive, because I am still so scared, or so scared again, that I don't think I can sleep.

No, I haven't watched the episode again. But I've got this horrible feeling of impending DOOM and TERROR and HELP ME?

I'm a grown-up, apparently, and genuinely can't remember the last time I was so scared I didn't want to sleep. I'm a huge arachnophobe, but I survived the night after Return of the King just fine after catching a few glimpses of Shelob. This? This is ... the last time I was this scared after watching something was The Neverending Story which I saw when I was about 5 or 6.

DO I HAVE A WORKING NIGHTLIGHT STASHED SOMEWHERE? D:
