Yeah; I am really, really glad that Quinto's so, so good at playing Sylar. If they'd got a less capable actor for the role, even though the Bean thing was a rumour, I'd have been spending every scene with him going "YOU'RE NOT SEAN BEAN."
It also helped a lot that Quinto has such intense chemistry with Sendhil Ramamurthy.
