Have spent two nights trying to finish up some femmeslash for the Est.

Have come, once again, to the conclusion that I just. can't. write. smut.

Ugh. I quit.

*goes to post incomplete ... thing*

What Helens said. I must disagree about your smut writing abilities. I've written smut with you which I think is way hawt. So, you know. And which Estpups are femmeslashing? I don't think I knew you had a girl in the Est.

That is to say, of course, that I disagree with you about your smut writing abilities. I agree with Helens.

*facepalms* I have no brain left today. *snogs like mad*

She's got the absolutely gorgeous Jennifer Connelly. *bounces* These days, btw, I've got Tessie Santiago, who's the contracted slave of Jenn's Eva Mendes but is permitted to play with others -- just have to clear it with Jenn and Eva. I'm not anticipating writing with her very much; mostly she's a journals-only pup. But it's wonderful having an option to write femmeslash, and heaven knows the game could always use more of it. :D

OOooo! The Jennifer Connelly post was gorgeous! *bibbles*

And I shall keep an eye open for Tessie as well -- it'll be great to see what y'all do with them. :)

Heh. Yes, as Helens said, I'm writing Jennifer Connelly. And thanks, I'm glad you liked the piece I wrote. It just feels awful and abrupt because I couldn't get through the naughtier pieces, which is where I also fell apart completely with a Jen/Russell piece I wrote back in October/November.

And, but, it's the writing smut by myself that just doesn't work. I can't do it. I managed it once, and it was a horrible, draining, awful experience. Yet I keep trying... and it doesn't work. I can manage okay fumbling along reacting to what other people write, but that's about it.

You mean to tell me that all the time while I've been wriggling on [ and sliding off, half the damn time! ] my chair while writing with you, you've been fumbling?!

*tsk*

*pokes you* Stoppit. That was gorgeous. In fact, I don't think I've seen anything you've written that was not gorgeous.

Even penguins ;O)

Ooh, here we go into some TMI

*squirms* See, I honestly feel like I should be getting turned on or something writing porn like this. Occasionally, I do feel a little bit of an "ooh" in response to something, but otherwise, it's so very hard for me that I'm worrying way more about what I'm writing than anything else and a lot of the time I sit here fretting that what I'm putting out is absolute crap.

I mean -- see, this is something I've always wondered, but never asked. Does anyone else involved in writing partnerships for fic or RPGs get all hot and bothered over what they're writing with their partner(s)? Because, lord, that'll make me feel like even more of a freak if people do and I don't because I'm stressed about writing.

And, *blush* thanks muchly. I'm glad you liked it. :)
