Maybe try one of the drabble/writing communities with a weekly/monthly challenge? Depending on what fandom you want to get back to, or join - even if you start by just reading and commenting, I'm sure it'll kick-start a bit of writing to pull you back in somewhere.

Or icon challenges? I don't do those, but there seem to be plenty about.
