The episode was just amazing. The show just keeps getting better and better. I think this may be the best overall episode, just as a whole, that the series has put out, even though I have lots of "favourite" scenes from previous episodes.

From what I understand, Evil Eric Roberts's character is named "Thompson", though it's never mentioned in the episode. This is from spoilers I've read and from tv.com.

And according to the online comics at nbc.com, Hana went off to try to find Mr B's bosses.
